Who we are

ContractorAI provides software that helps home-service businesses ("Businesses") text and schedule people who requested an estimate ("Customers"). Contact: support@example.com.

Information we collect

From Businesses: name, email, phone, company details, billing information (processed by Stripe), and calendar availability if connected. From Customers, on behalf of a Business: name, phone number, city, service requested, and the text messages exchanged.

How we use it

To send and receive text messages for the Business, qualify requests, schedule appointments, and provide the service. Messages are processed by AI providers acting for us.

Text messaging

Customers receive texts only after requesting service from a Business and agreeing to be contacted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (for example messaging, payment, hosting and AI providers), or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Businesses can delete their data by contacting us. Customers can ask the Business or us at support@example.com to access or delete their information.
